THE COMPANY
SEDAL CERAMICS is the technical ceramics division of SEDAL GROUP, a leading global manufacturer of components for the sanitary industry. Launched in 2010, the company is focused on the design, manufacture and sale of standard and OEM technical ceramic components for multiple applications and industries. In our facilities we produce annually millions of pieces complying with the highest international quality standards. The long-term cooperation with our customers around the globe is the key of our success.
IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Sedal Ceramics has a fully integrated manufacturing process from raw material preparation to final inspection of the product.
TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES
Our own manufacturing process allows to produce exclusive OEM products with an own designed raw material formula with different compositions. We offer high precision mould manufacturing, advanced manufacturing process, rapid prototyping by CNC and advanced facilities and inspection instruments.
SENSOR BODY
Applied to Sensor industry such as pressure sensor, flow sensor, temperature sensor,etc. field and used as support for conduction media (metallization) or structural part.
SUBTRATES
Applied to electronics, automotive and energy industries and used as a circuit board carrier or as an structural part.
INSULATORS
Applied to electronics, automotive and energy industry. Used as a thermal and electric insulation part.
MECHANICAL SEAL RINGS
Application for Machinery and Chemical industry as a mechanical seal in pumps and used as sealing part.
CRUSHING MILL PART
Applied to Food industry such as spice and coffee grinders field. It is used as a grinding part.
FAUCET AND VALVES DISC
Applied to Sanitary and Machinery industry such as faucet,valve field and generally used as sealing part.
